The pools have stunning ocean views.
I stayed in the Suite for two nights and was disappointed. The kids club was embarrassingly small, with only a handful of neglected toys. The pool water was extremely cold, making it unsuitable for my toddler. I also experienced a lack of support from the reservation staff, who were unhelpful regarding early check-in for our little one's nap schedule.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend pause in Cascais with value for money. The staff went above and beyond, especially Cristóvão, who gave us great pizza recommendations. Make sure to try the spa treatments—they're really worth it.

Inconsistent maintenance throughout the hotel!!! Unpleasant experiences with staff demeanor upon check-in, highlighting a need for better training!!! Limited access to some facilities like the spa, which can be quite frustrating!!!

The outdoor pool was amazing and we loved the spa services, especially the relaxing massages. There's also a great saltwater pool to unwind in. Only downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 19worn furnishings
The indoor pool, gym, and sauna came with a hefty €30 charge each, which felt out of line with the €700 spent for two nights. While the blue ocean view room was spacious, the carpet showed signs of wear and tear, with some areas needing refurbishment. Additionally, the overall condition of curtains and wood furnishings left a bit to be desired, as they felt more worn than expected for a five-star establishment.

Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and plenty of healthy options. The outdoor swimming pool was relaxing and surrounded by a nice area to lounge in. The spa offered fantastic hammam and massage treatments which were great after a long day.

Unexpected delight by the pool
Waking up to shimmering pool views was a daily treat. The staff made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality, especially during breakfast. Don't miss the spa!
The check-in took longer than expected, which put a damper on our arrival excitement. Minor hiccup, but it could be smoother for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful outside pool area. The kids loved running around while we lounged in the sun. The hotel was conveniently located near the iconic Estoril Casino, making our evenings fun and exciting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
In my wife's opinion, the kids' club needs improvement with more engaging activities. It felt too small for our little ones, limiting their options for playtime.
